1. Acceptance of Rules

By downloading, accessing, or playing any titles developed by Gambit Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our services, game clients, and platform features.

We may update these rules periodically to reflect new seasonal mechanics, ranked ladder structures, or regulatory requirements. Continued use of our games after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Player Accounts & Security

To participate in our ranked auto-battler leagues and save your tactical progression, you must register a player account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

Account sharing, selling, or trading is strictly prohibited. If we detect unauthorized access or account distribution, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban the associated account without prior notice.

3. Fair Play & Competitive Integrity

Our strategy games rely on a fair and balanced playing field. The following actions violate our core competitive integrity and will result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Using third-party software, macros, or scripts to automate drafting or combat phases.
• Exploiting known bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage in the arena.
• Engaging in match-fixing, win-trading, or any organized effort to manipulate the ranked ladder.
• Harassing, threatening, or repeatedly disrupting the experience of other players in community channels.

4. Virtual Goods & Tactical Assets

Any in-game items, including arena skins, tactician avatars, drafting tokens, and battle passes, are licensed to you—not sold. Gambit Games retains full ownership of all virtual goods. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred outside of our official platforms.

5. Studio Intellectual Property

All game clients, unit models, board designs, soundscapes, source code, and lore associated with Gambit Games are our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our games without explicit written permission from our studio.

Content creators are granted a limited, revocable license to stream and create non-commercial video content using our games, provided it aligns with our community guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our games and services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain stable servers for your tactical battles, Gambit Games does not guarantee uninterrupted gameplay, error-free client performance, or the permanent retention of ladder data. We are not liable for any disruptions, data loss, or damages arising from your use of our software.
